Jason Kaszycki CAT(C), R.Kin
Jason holds an HBA in Kinesiology from Western University, an Advanced Certificate in Athletic Therapy from Mount Royal University, is a registered member with the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association (CATA) and the College of Kinesiologists of Ontario.
Since obtaining his CATA certification in 2012, Jason has held multiple clinical and team positions throughout Ontario. Jason has worked with Hockey Canada, the Ontario Hockey League and Ontario University Athletics. Most recently, he spent the 2019-2020 season as Head Athletic Therapist at Western University, working directly with the Football and Men’s Hockey programs.

After 20 years of experience in the manufacturing and automotive industries, Michael transitioned to the healthcare field, completing his Massage Therapy program at Lambton College in 2020. Due to the pandemic, his certification as a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) was finalized in September 2021. Additionally, Michael has earned Level 1 & 2 certification in Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST™) through the Stretch to Win Institute and has been practicing both massage and stretch therapy since entering the health industry in October 2021. Michael specializes in helping a diverse range of clients, from office workers seeking relief from the effects of prolonged sitting to individuals aiming to improve their mobility, and athletes striving to enhance their performance. His approach is centered on empowering clients with a deeper understanding of their bodies, enabling them to achieve their health and mobility goals. In his practice, Michael offers traditional registered massage therapy (RMT) as well as Fascia Stretch Therapy (FST™). As an RMT, all his treatments are eligible for submission to benefits plans.

Zev Weisdorf
Born and raised in London, Ontario, Zev Weisdorf has spent over eight years in the fitness industry, building a career rooted in athletic performance, strength and conditioning, and holistic health promotion.
A graduate of Fanshawe College’s Fitness and Health Promotion program, Zev was a dedicated two-sport varsity athlete in baseball and badminton. His athletic journey continued with two seasons playing for the London Majors before shifting his focus from competition to coaching and athlete development.
Zev is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). His diverse coaching background includes roles with:
Western University – Men’s and Women’s Wrestling
Fanshawe College – Men’s and Women’s Volleyball
Elliot Lake Red Wings – Junior A Hockey
Multiple youth sports teams across Middlesex County
He has also served as a Personal Trainer for the Youth Centre for Change in London, Ontario, and led virtual fitness programs for the Jewish Community Centre during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Beyond coaching, Zev brings energy, authenticity, and a genuine passion for helping individuals reach their potential—whether in sport, health, or life.
A few fun facts: Zev once worked as a groundskeeper at The Hunt Club while in school, is fluent in Spanish and conversational in Hebrew, and is one of five siblings, including a fraternal twin. His favorite lift is the Hang Power Clean, and he’ll never say no to a good baked good.
